Dealing with issues of unfaithfulness, pornography, lust, unforgiveness, grudges and anger, Fireproof doesn’t sugar-coat the realities of marriage. The narrative shows the slow and humbling process that true love has to take to restore wholeness. Not everyone has the courage to take that path.
Caleb, a firefighter and hero in his community is far from a hero to his wife of seven years, Catherine. How two people with such intelligence and dedication on their jobs could be so incapable of solving their marriage problems, shows that there is more to building a happy marriage than meets the eye.

I love this movie Bishop, i watched it several times and i would definitely recommend single and married people to watch it. There's a lot I learned from it. When you want to make things right it is impossible without God, but everything comes at a price because if Caleb hadn't denied himself and done all the 40 days tasks-even though it wasn't easy he wouldn't have saved his marriage.

This movie is the reality of many marriages out there...they think that as long they're both successful and both good looking everything will be like a walk on the beach; but that's not the case and many, many marriages are failing because of it. and this movie proves what most of us are not aware of; without God you're life is bound to fail. what you do is bound to be a total failure! most of us tend to do things follwing our hearts or impulse and that never work at the end...Caleb wanted to make his marriage work on his own terms and his way, follow your heart one of his friend said; and that didn't work. when he got down on his knee and humble himself to God, praying and asking the Lord to teach him how to be a better husband only then things began to change! so again, in our lives no matter what we do we have to put God first and let His pilot our life and our decision making. Only then we can actually succeed!

Aside from the love/marriage aspect, this movie really teaches me that perseverance is one of the strongest weapons we can have because it makes situations which seem totally impossible, into something that is really worth fighting for!

This movie is truly amazing which person who goes to watch this movie doesnt shed a tear because I did.
How can someone have a cold heart for their wife/husband, not to tell them they love them everyday that goes by?
The subtitle of this film is Never Leave your partner behind! and its so true that when you have someone you cherish them the way you look after yourself! and it was the way how the husband threated himself with pornography, is also how he treated his wife.
I could really watch this movie over and over again.

I've never been marry but some of my friends are and when they went through this proof of fired and with out God they end up cheating in their husbands because they thought is was going to be different with another man, but now the true is that they have the same problems again but with different man and they are suffering more.. God is the only 1 that can really guide us to make good choices..
Bishop I watched this movie and it helped me alot although I'm not in a relationship right now, it taught me how to be more humble. How others won't approve of what your doing but as long as it's approve from God, you'll be ok. Sometimes you do things for others and they don't appreciate it but in the ned things go well.

After I had watched the film it taught me not only to be faithful to your partner but also to God. We should always depend on him to help us through our problems, even though it may seem like its taking a long period of time we just have to remain determined, persistent and patient with him. We should just allow God to take control of problem.

This movie is great. Makes me look forward to marriage, shows us that there is always hope when things seem hopeless. Preseverance and faith can open many doors that seem closed.
Love life has to be one of the most stressfull thing in the life of man and woman especially when one is weak to temptation but the two have to just give their love life to God and it will be perfect.

This is one of the strongest movie I have ever watched.
It teaches about forgiveness and really humbling yourself to nothing just to please your partner. It is about perseverance to its maximum and never giving up on your marriage no matter what.
